The Pro Edge Elite, was the first electric knife sharpener  to feature two sets of  “Interlocking Wheels”, Diamond and Ceramic, offering both coarse and fine sharpening for both sides of the knife in two stages. The Diamond Wheels quickly sharpen both sides of dull and damaged knives while the Ceramic wheels polish and hone both sides of the knife without removing much metal prolonging the life of the knife. This unique combination provides a broad capability to suit multiple blade types and edge conditions. With this one product, you can easily sharpen extremely dull blades and, maintain razor sharp edges on straight edge knives. This versatile electric knife sharpener is designed to safely and easily sharpen the  highest quality European / American as well as Asian style double – beveled straight edge knives.

Traditional electric knife sharpeners work in a combination of numerous steps and only sharpen one side of the knife at a time. They can often scratch and damage the side of the knife blade. The Pro Edge Elite delivers fast and precise sharpening of both sides of the knife blade at the same time in the interlocking diamond and ceramic wheels thus reducing the amount of time needed to sharpen the knife when compared to sharpening one side of the blade at a time. Also unlike other electric knife sharpeners these wheels will not mar or scratch the blade. If used properly, the interlocking wheels will not only sharpen the cutting edge to factory quality, but will also reduce the amount of metal removed from the blade and extend the life of the knife.

The Pro Edge Elite knife sharpener will sharpen knives of alloy, carbon or stainless steel. It is designed to sharpen double- beveled European / American and Asian style straight edge kitchen knives. This sharpener will not sharpen ceramic, serrated or single beveled knives.

The Pro Edge Elite feature stainless steel accents and black soft touch hand grips for added safety and stability when sharpening.
